Feel body separation

Today i have decide to write about my spiritual journey.English is my second language, so it may be some error in my writing.Once upon time i had participate in school's sport.In 400mtr race,i have started run speedily.100 mtrs was to remain to finish.I was so tired and my body was not permit me further movement but i was running with my total physical force.In between i saw i am not in race my body was running.I am watching my running body that was not related with me.I saw like a public.Here i feel body separation myself.
